Precise Quality Management Procedures

After maintaining formal Quality Accreditation QS9001 for many years we found that our customers were not placing their business with us because we had a formal piece of paper.

They were placing their business with us because we are a quality managed business, without the piece of paper.

Precise's belief is that we are only as good as our last job.
We therefore make sure that every job is done correctly, first time.

Precise's mission is to
provide the best level of service and support for our customers to ensure they will speak highly of us, refer us to others and return with future orders.

We have developed the Precise Quality System, over many years, which our customers will agree works well

We have a clear Management structure.
We treat everybody fairly and with respect.
We conduct business openly and honestly.
We manage the day to day running of the business as a team.
We help each other out.
We conduct formal minuted Production and Management meetings weekly, where our key
Personell formerly discuss all things from Capacity issues to Health and Safety to Quality
Issues to potential upcoming Sales thereby ensuring that any issues or potential issues are
raised, recorded, acted upon and successfully addressed.
Informal adjustments to the weekly plan are controlled by the Operations Manager.
Both the main person on a job, as well as a Project Manager, check and sign off Formal Check Lists
before jobs are ready to be delivered.
We only deliver quality product, on time.

Our MRP computer system records and provides reports on all jobs and this information is used as an important tool in our weekly production meetings to help us to continuously improve.

We maintain 90% of the formal quality accreditations requirements, without the actual formality, associated costs, delays and un necessary paperwork.

Our systems ensure that both the needs of our customers as well as the needs of the business are met.

We would be happy to look to formalise quality accreditation again if it can be proven that
Formal Accreditation improves our service for the customer.
We would prefer however to set up specific systems to suit individual customer business needs.
