1. 3 Axis and 5 Axis Milling Programming and Operating Staff
Experienced with Autodesk / Delcam Powermill and Powershape softwares utilizing
Heidenhain machine controllers.
Prototype to medium volume manufacturing of Precision components and
Sub Assemblies, 3D cavities & shapes of all descriptions and other interesting low
volume projects
2. CNC Turner
With CNC Turning experience to 800mm dia for low volume requirements, utilizing
DXF and DWG files, together with on machine Fanuc programming.
3. Defence Projects Manager / Customer Support
Quality Systems and Procedures focused
Experienced in providing quality customer support and manufacturing projects on time
Projects are diverse and interesting
4. Experienced Plastic Injection Mould Toolmakers
Good Toolmaking and Communication Skills essential
CNC EDM, Wirecut or CAD / CAM skills is an advantage
5. Injection Mould CAD CAM Tool Designer
Project Management and Customer Support skills are required
Experienced preferably using Autodesk / Delcam Powershape and Powermill software
or keen desire and capability to learn if currently using similar CAD packages
