2017 - Precise Machining and Manufacturing .... from strength to strength !
Recently installed is our additional new large state of the art,
Sodick Linear Submerged CNC Wirecutting machine.
Quality, Speed and long term Accuracy are major attributes of this worldwide recognised leader of Wirecut and EDM technology.
Precise can very accurately wirecut any electricly conductive material, from very small and thin, up to 700 x 400 x 400mm high with up to +/- 30 degree tapers, super fast and super accurately.
From simple or complex shapes, to cutting super hard materials, Precise completes many challenges that can not be succesfully achieved elsewhere in Australia.
Equipment of this calibre, as well as other existing and future planned machinery, requires ample volumes of pure, conditioned dry air. In support of this, Precise have recently installed two new highly efficient compressed air generation delivery systems.
Another new DMG 85, High Speed CNC 5 axis machining centre is leaving Germany shortly and will be installed at Precise in April, with additional 3D, 5 axis simultaneous machining / toolpathing softwares and computers.
Lead times and accuracies for the manufacturing of complex 3D, or critical cavity moulds, or multi angled workpieces, no matter what your requirements are, will continue to be improved and which will further improve our customers and our competetiveness.

2016.....Precise is continuously improving
Additional to installing the new DMG 85, 5 axis machining centre as detailed further below,
2016 sees the arrival of its slightly smaller brother, the new DMG 65, 5 axis machining centre
Together, and coupled to our other three 5 axis machines, they make some real magic but we will
not rest there and have plans in place to increase our 5 axis capability even further in the near future.

To Design and Manufacture in 3D very well, requires excellent well trained staff and the best CAD CAM software available. Precise has recently installed new high end computers with another 4 sites of Delcam Powermill 2016 and another two sites of Delcam Powershape 2016.
Added to the above, Precise has installed other innovative equipment which helps to ensure that our customers receive the very best and fastest services possible.
For instance, our New Microscopic Laser Welding Services mean that we can modify and repair very small fiddly tooling, cavities, cores and components, etc, made from all materials , for all industries, much better and much faster than previously thought possible. Requirements that were near impossible to achieve 6 months ago, are now being successfully achieved daily. Our Laser Welding rods vary from 0.2mm to 0.8mm diameter and with the entire process being so refined and performed under microscopic and magnified LCD screen conditions, welding with absolute minimal heat distortion and in the exact position greatly reduces any stresses in the welded areas and greatly reduces the amount of rework required to complete the modification.
Precise Laser Welding, is an outstanding innovative improvement to traditional welding processes.
Our new 3d Printer is proving its weight in gold as it helps to drive ideas, quickly into reality
Our new Laser Engraver accurately engraves and identifies most materials easily and effectively
